Our Partnership Philosophy
HKGEI promotes and supports partnerships aimed at increasing the number and efficacy of system-wide efforts to improve the quality of university and secondary school education in Hong Kong. We believe the most effective partnerships are those that involve active participation of stakeholders from four levels of society: policy-makers; policy implementers; those whom the policies affect, namely students, parents and employers; and influential members of the private/public sector. The later group includes businesses, NGOs, and philanthropists who can provide leadership and financial support.
